New and Uncirculated.� The obverse features the rugged image of a mid-nineteenth century gold prospector standing in a rocky valley. Holding a pickaxe and his trusty gold pan, a faithful mule stands to the right. Each round is inscribed with PROSPECTOR.The reverse features a sextant — a navigation tool used to measure angular distances and altitudes — along with a compass, both placed atop a map on a wooden surface. To the right, a small portion of rope can be seen. The rustic design includes the inscription ONE TROY OUNCE .999 FINE SILVER.� Look at the pictures carefully and judge the quality for yourself as it is similar to the round you will receive.
