This is an Ozarka battery set. Not sure of the model number. The case is in pretty good shape for its age. The chassis is very clean. It is a 5 tube set. All wiring and sockets are in excellent shape. Haven't had a chance to power it up with my battery eliminator. No tubes included. This set is being sold as is. Thanks for looking.
