This is a tough type. The top bolt holes have light screw marks but the plate looks unused. It's beautiful! CANADIAN BUYERS ARE ALWAYS CHARGED ACTUAL SHIPPING. I DO COMBINE SHIPPING. I AM SORRY, BUT I DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL FROM CANADIAN BUYERS. IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE UNITED STATES, YOU MUST PAY WITH A MONEY ORDER. This is due to Paypal's screwy policies and to the lack of tracking available on shipments outside the US which opens the door for people to make fraudulent claims of non-receipt. I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF TWICE NOW BY PAYPAL SO THIS IS MY POLICY. NOTE TO USA SELLERS : If you accept PayPal from a buyer overseas, and use PayPal's shipping label, the package will not be tracked during delivery, and the buyer can then claim they did not receive the item you sent. If this happens, PayPal will FORCE a refund from you on the buyer's behalf, and you will have no recourse. Your shipping receipt or customs form will not help you. More and more people overseas are becoming aware of this "opportunity" and are taking advantage of unwary eBay sellers, with the assistance of PayPal.
