Up for sale are these two photos mounted onto one cabinet card type matboard. This is the from the second half of a set of twelve that I bought at an auction last month. The first six were sold back in September so these are the last of them. On the back of the first one that I have up for sale this week, not this one, was written "Rail Road Bridge across Susquehanna River Selins Grove PA" and "Main St. S. Grove Looking North." The previous ones from this set I sold back in September had writing identifying them from Northumberland and Sunbury. So I think we can assume that these pictures are from somewhere in that area, though I am sure local historians can identify it better than I can. The top picture shows a damn on the river, though maybe one of the smaller creeks as opposed to the Susquehanna, like Penns Creek or Middle Creek. I do see a Dam Hill Road down toward Freeburg, so maybe in that area? The bottom picture shows a hill. What hill? What river? Each individual picture measures 4 5/8" by 7 1/2". The full size of the matboard measures 10" by 12". This is a medium weight matboard so it should be easy to cut this in half if one wanted to separate the two pictures, but I am leaving them the way I found them.
