This is a Pacific Spinning reel made in France pat'd in the US. The reel reads Centaure Pacific Reg.US.PAT.OFF. C.F.C.E. BTE S.G.D.G. Made In France. The reel seems to be working right, but it turns forwards and backwards and the little turning lever underneather the handle can be switched left or right, but I don't know if it's doing anything. When I do it, it does not make a differance on the reel when reeled. The reeling on this reel gets stuck, and you have to giggle the handle kinda hard to unstuck it, and you can hear it click everytime you real. It clicks about 5 times all the way around. I think that's how it works, but if you don't keep a slightly hard pace by turning the reel, it stops and than gets stuck and than you have to giggle it again. The spool swivels like it should and seems to work good. All in all, the reel works, just gets stuck and the little lever might not work right. I am sorry that I don't have anymore info about this reel. If you have won more than one auction please wait for a combined invoice to pay.
