Pair of Antique 12k Yellow Gold & GARNET EARRINGS Posts Beautiful pair of antique garnet dangle earrings. I believe these were originally mounted on wires, and a previous owner added the post backs.The settings are stamped with a tiny designer mark that I can't decipher. The settings have been tested and they are guaranteed to be 12k gold (NOT gold filled or plate). IMPORTANT: The newer posts are a white metal, they are not gold. The entire setting is 12k gold EXCEPT for the posts. Each earring contains 12 faceted round natural garnets. They are 1 1/8" in length and 3/8" wide. 3.1 grams in weight.They are in excellent condition. No damage or flaws. The garnet all have even, rich dark red color. Very pretty!
