Up for your consideration is this Stunning Pair of Matching Antique French Victorian Parlor Chairs. We call them the "King and Queen" Chairs!~ The King chair has arms, the Queen does not. They have ornate scalloped wood with a Gold Silky Tapesty with some pink to peach highlights, it is a slightly raised fabric, t are goldtone studs holding the fabric in place. They are in Very Good to Excellent Condition, we believe they are all original. The King Chair has had some added stability on one leg, the last picture will show you this, t was a crack in the wood, which was repaired, then a rivet was installed all the way through for stability, it is very solid and sits very well, as does the queen chair. The rivet is NOT visable from the front or side and is very hard to find unless you are looking for it. The King chair measures 38" tall, 27" wide at the widest point, the seat measures 22 by 22 inches, from floor to top of seat it measures 17 inches and the back measures 21.5 inches across the widest area. The seat on the King chair is springy and very comfortable to sit on. The queen chair measures 38 inches tall, 20 inches wide at the widest point, the seat measures 19 by 20 and from floor to seat is 17 inches. The back is 18 inches across at the widest point.
