Up for sale is an antique / vintage pair of brown leather riding boots with the original wooden boot trees. These are g reat for display. The boots have no maker or size marks that I can find. The boots measure about 12" long from toe to heal on the bottom of the sole. The boots and trees together stand 18.75" tall to the top of the wood and almost 22" if the metal ring is upright. With the way that these are fit and with the color because of age, I believe these are the original trees for these boots. The trees are stained pine, but the area above the boot is darker than the area that has been inside the boots. Each tree is in in four sections, the tops of both have 'L' or 'R' on them and they are both marked Made in England. There is w ear, scuffs, and scratches to leather, and the soles. You can tell these were well loved and used. The b oot trees in very good condition, but has some discoloration from age and being inside the boots for so long.
