This auction is for both (2) packs. They are both depot make. One is named. They are used, but are very early and very rare. They can be separated from each other (they are attached together by strap/ladder buckle). One pack is the ultra rare short sewn ladder buckles and the other is the slightly less, but still extremely rare riveted buckles. The only markings are; the one with the sewn buckles has three little bars on the front (unis markings?) and the other one has a name that is hard to make out on the back. The pack with riveted buckles also has two (2) original knife straps attached through loops on the bottom corners of the pack (these can also be removed). These packs came put together like this, so I think the intent was for them to be demolition bags, tied around something and blown up....if so these are extremely rare as most got blown up. You won't find another set like this. Examples such as these can be seen on page 132 of Grunt Gear. If you have any questions please ask. Also please look at my other auctions for more great gear. This is exactly how I got this pack set up, I will not break it up, I am selling it as one set.
