This is a matching pair of Moe ceiling fixtures made of yellow, orange, and red lucite. Excellent condition, no cracks, breaks, repairs, or other problems. Each light is approx. 17 1/2 inches tall and 7 1/8 inches in diameter. The lucite itself is 7/16 inch thick. I am also selling, in a separate auction, another pair of the same lights in a smaller size. This size is fantastic for over a large dining table or other large area.When I got these lights, I thought they cast too much of an orange glow, so I had them rewired to throw most of the light downward, and not so much outward through the lucite. Each fixture has 3 small 4-watt nightlight bulbs to provide a small outward glow, plus a standard size socket at the bottom for a regular spotlight bulb, which throws plenty of light (e.g. 35 or 50 watts) downward, for a great effect. Over my dining table, they bounce plenty of light off the table while leaving the room generally dim, so the room--and everyone sitting at the table--looks great at an intimate dinner party (in my age group, that's important). But because of the downward spotlights, t's plenty of light if you need to use the table to pay bills, do homework etc. I also had the lights configured with brass tubing to hang them, rather than a chain, which I thought was too clunky.
