For sale here is a pair of bookends depicting a Viking warrior (Leif Erikson?) on a Viking ship. This set of bookends weighs 6 pounds, and they are made of cast iron with a plated bronze finish. Each bookend measures approximately 5 1/4" tall and 5 1/4" wide. They have a nice patina. I do not believe they have ever been polished. I do not see a maker's mark. A very nice set!!! And the perfect gift for that Norski on your Christmas list!!!I have been an estate liquidator for over 35 years, and I have been using eBay a litte over a year now to sell items, many of which come from assisted living centers where estate sales are not allowed for the security and safety of the center's other residents.
