Welcome to my eBay store ! A pair of JBL model 2226 15 inch subwoofers in 8 ohms. Completely rebuilt, you can expect the same great sound and service life you would get with brand new drivers, at half the cost. And these thoroughly modern drivers do it all, 600 watts, a very low 30HZ to a somewhat high of 2.5kHZ they have a broad frequency response, pretty much the gold standard at the moment in a 15 inch LF speaker. "Symetric Field Gap Technology", "Vent Gap Cooling Technology", fancy words for known techniques, but they do t job very well. This pair is ready to be put back into professional use, as all our are speakers are. When you purchase a rebuilt speaker from Dusty's you are buying the very best. You can expect the sound quality and service life to be equal to, and better than, a brand new driver costing twice the price. We use only good un-damaged frames, remove the magnet, force a bead of epoxy around the edges of the magnet and plates filling any nicks or chips in the magnet so they do not continue to shed magnetic chunks, fill all gaps between plate and magnet w needed and re-bond the magnet to the frame, the magnet structure will hold together for the life of the 'recone' and t will be not a rattle or buzz.
