For auction is a stunning pair of late victorian squeeze handle claret jugs. They feature a deep cut ruby glass jug with trailing sterling silver mounts. There are a chip under the collar of each that you would probably never notice if it wasn't pointed out. Doesn't affect the beauty or functionality of these very impressive claret jugs. Good luck finding one much less 2 of these. They measure 11 1/2" tall x 5 1/2" across. They are marked on the squeeze handle and on the rims. They are quite heavy at over 4 1/2 lbs. each.
