Fine Pair Victorian Gold Etruscan Granulated decorated & Blue Enamel Amphora Drop Earrings, circa 1875.These fine long drop earrings have granulated decorated amphora shaped drops suspended from blue enamel pierced panels with long French wires. As is common with genuine antique earrings of this period the amphora drops are of hollow gold construction made to be light to wear but look heavy.Unfortunately one of the drops has suffered a hole commensurate with age and wear but we are sure it is well worth restoring, also small areas of enamel loss again commensurate with age.Extremely elegant Victorian earrings which look stunning on and move beautifully.Unmarked as is common but guaranteed solid gold.Long Earrings measuring - 5.5 cms.Genuine Earrings of this quality are extremely rare to find nowadays.Posted with eBay for iPad
