A Matched Pair of Original Braque Lithographs: "HERACLES & ZELOS" by Georges Braque Two original plate-signed lithographs by Braque, printed by the premiere lithography house Maeght Editeur, France.From the special issue titled, "Sur Quatre Murs" Nos. 36-37-38; Mars-Avril-Mai, published by Derriere Le Miroir, 1951. Each measures about 15" x 11" (sheet) unframed. A pair of classical Braque images similar to his famous post-cubist Helios series of roughly the same period. Shipping at $6.95 anywhere USA, expedited shipping is available, international bidders are welcome. Derriere Le Miroir was the premiere art publication of it's day and is highly collected due to the inclusion of original graphics by many of the leading artists, including: Braque, Marc Chagall, Leger, Henri Matisse, Joan Miro, Pablo Picasso, Georges Rouault, and Sandy Calder to name but a few.
