Hi For sale: OK - imagine the body of an active pickup, the innards of a P90 (Alnico mags, as well), the slim profile of a Strat singlecoil dressed in a spacesuit and you have these puppies Outwardly they resemble the old tallboys that used to be found on 80s Strat copies from Japan and Korea, but they're smaller in size for one thing and nowhere near as hot, kicking in a 4.8 - 4.9Ks on the trusty meter. For my money these are probably from something like a twin pup esoterica guitar like maybe a Danelectro copy, the sort of 60s style twin pup rigs that 40something guys with pork pie hats rock up on YouTube with every once in a while. I have played similar - I have some 60s stuff I fool around with, 4.2Ks P90 style and it's all sweet and poppy and reminiscent of hollowbody tone, very twangy and slashed back I have nothing else I can tell you.
