Pioneer HPM-100 Stereo Speakers Please View ALL pictures!!!!! Nice Pair! Drivers in excellent condition! I am listing my Pioneer HPM-100 speakers for sale. They are the 100 watt version. PLEASE NOTE- A lot of collector's make a big deal out of the 200-watt version of these speakers. I have spoken to several experts on this subject and they all say the same thing: THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE IN ANY OF THE DRIVERS, COMPONENTS IN THE CROSSOVERS OR INTERNAL WIRING betwee the 100 and 200 watt versions. the ONLY difference is the nameplate on the back with the 200 peak 100 normal and 100 watt peak 50 normal. In other words, just the WORDS were changed! There are a few minor nicks on the cabinets and a very slight stain on one top (Can be easily removed with a minor refinishing) these scratches & nicks are very minor! The drivers are in excellent sounding condition with no dented dustcaps! Cones & surrounds are perfect. The speaker input terminals have been replaced with high-quality 5-way binding posts with clear insulators. (I have the original terminals if you want them) The grills are original HPM-100 grills, just not original to this pair! As such, the grills are in the most need of attention. They need cleaned and some of the pegs fit loosely in the holders and I don’t know why. I’ll ship these speakers, but they will be in two read more
