PAIR ROYAL DOULTON LAMBETH VASES ARTIST SIGNE Presented is a wonderful quality pair of pottery vases by Royal Doulton. Both vases are stamped on the bottom in ink, Royal Doulton Lambeth. T are also three other marks. The Doulton impressed stamped with the lion on top, the No. 8530, the letters UBW and an incised signature. This signature is either the artist who did the incised work or the person who applied the colors or perhaps both. I do not know who the signature is for. The vases have a different signature. The design is identical. The decoration is very well done. The majority of the vase is done in a high glaze. The green leaves and the apples or oranges are done with a matte finish. T are some glaze skips or bubble bursts on both pieces. These are minor. The overall condition is excellent. One vase has a small flake to the glaze on the base. This is almost impossible to notice. T are no cracks, no chips, no breaks, no repairs and no other problems. The height is 8 inches.
