PAIR Vintage 50's BARKCLOTH Drapes MID-CENTURY PINECONE This pair of vintage 1950's drapes are made from a wonderful cotton barkcloth printed with small pinecones in peach, green, brown and tan on a light beige background. Each panel is 45" wide which is the actual width of the fabric.The sides of the drapes are the selvages of the fabric.Surprisingly, the panels are not exactly the same length. One is 78" long and the other is 76 1/2" long.The bottom of each panel has a 1/2" hem.The top of each panel has a 3 1/2" hem with a 1 1/4" casing.Printed in the selvage is: SAISON HAPPILY MARRIED FABRICS VAT PRINTS The drapes do have toning from the sun which is mostly noticeable on the reverse side of the fabric.But I washed and dried the drapes and they washed up beautifully without any signs of weakness.They do not have any holes or tears.They come to you from a smoke-free home.
