You get two-2- bulbs. Box shows wear but I am 99% positive the headlamp was never used. Ink stamp in red is 12V GE 4001 DOT 12-3 and there is a 7 above the G. There is also an N20 with an S raised lettering on the glass itself. Front is marked P25 at the top, USA on one side, SNO8 and an R in the corner. Bottom is General Electric Sealed Beam with a GE logo on in a circle. Outer flat rim on the front looks like 1/8" to me. I did jump the headlamps to my truck battery and all 4 work.
