This is a pair of Hand embroidered pillowcases with hand crocheted lace trim made by my grandmother as I was growing up in the 1950's. This pair features two pink Orchids tied with blue ribbon. This was a hobby my grandmother loved to do, she was ALWAYS working on her pillowcases as she watched my younger sister and me. Her passion and love is reflected in every stitch. Even though I stated these are "used", I don't ever remember them being used on our beds. In the last picture however I did take a close up of a very small rust stain smaller than the push top on a ball point pen. It really isn't too noticeable, and how it got there I have no idea. These have been gently stored for years in a dry, dark and smoke free environment, so the colors are very vibrant as the day my grandmother finished them.Pay Pal ONLY please, and I ship only in the USA.
