DescriptionHello. Bidding on a pair of very interesting vintage wood corkscrew lamps. Not sure if these were made commercially or a camp or folk art item. They have the feel of the popsicle stick items you see from time to time, but the construction is much more detailed and sophisticated. Hundreds of slats that are cut just slightly from the next to form the tapered stair step corkscrew form. On a beveled wood base. I couldn't imagine putting this thing together, every cut and position is fluid and mathematically right on. Later shades added. Size & Condition Size: Bases: 12.5" t to bottom of bulb housing x 8". 18" tall with shades. In overall good vintage condition. The shades are in very good shape. Shipping & Handling Shipping and handling would be $38 with shades. $28 without shades, in the continental US. Policies.
