Up for auction is a pair of extremely rare and highly sought after legendary vitavox cn157 horn flares inc throat supports and plywood bases. If your reading this you will know exactly what your looking at. Vitavox are known to make some of the best quality compression drivers and horns in the uk and the cn157's are no exception. Spec can be found via google Size of the horn without the ply base and throat support is as follows. H = 234mm W = 586mm D = 409mm I was told these were removed from an old cinema. The horns have a sticker on the back with a date of 13/2/75 which gives you an idea of there age and history. But despite this they are in a solid state with only a few scratches. The plywood bases are a little worn around the edges as can be expected for there age but are overall solid and still serve there purpose of mounting the horns without the need of a cabinet. I also have a pair of the original legendary vitavox gp1 high pressure unit compression drivers and throat adaptors which are for sale in a seperate auction (please take a look) which came with these units which bolt straight to the horns to make a complete set.
