These two piece crumb sets for the butler to remove crumbs from the table between courses were popular in the Victorian era and this Pairpoint Quarduple Silver Plate set was probably made in the late 1890's. It is lovely - has an Oriental feel to the design. Nice scalloped edge. Both pieces have the Pairpoint logo and the number 3427 on the bottom. It is in very good condition with just some minor silver loss which may actually just be a texture in the design thing. High bidder to pay $8.50 for US shipping.
