This beautiful brown vase is made by Danish ceramics Per Linnemann Schmidt (1912-1999) during his time at Palshus ceramic studio (1949-1972), Denmark. 1949 opened Per ceramics studio Palshus Stentøj (stoneware) together with his wife Annelise. Studio was situated outside of Copenhagen. Palshus produced work using chamotte techniques, glossy glazes and matte haresfur glazes. Colours were often typically Scandinavian earth tones in blues, browns and beige. The vase has a serial number 1182. This little brown vase has signature PLS and PALSHUS DENMARK text! The stunning color of these vase is dark brown, lighter brown, beige and cobalt blue . Stoneware has a sweet shape, made about 1950-60, middle of century. Beautiful vintage condition! No chips, cracks, repairs, or crazing. Size is approx: height: 2.8 inches (7 cm) deep widest point: 2.4 inches (6 cm) weight: 0.3 pound (0.115 kg) I ship from Denmark, 2-3 days for Europe, approx. 2 weeks for U.S. and world. Vase will carefully wrapped in bubble-plastic, package filling and cardboard box. This vase will be sent as insured package with tracking number and compensation in case it gets lost.
