Celebrate Summer in Paris with lovely art for your maison, bastide, cafe or chateau :A beautiful Paris watercolor print of the famed, Place des Vosges ( also known as "Maison de Victor Hugo" ). Located in the Marais, it was built by Henri IV from 1605 to 1612. The landmark survived the destruction during the French Revolution as described in Victor Hugo's literary masterpiece, "Les Miserables." Today, their apartment, "Maison de Victor Hugo" in the Place des Vosges is now a public museum and one of the most coveted addresses in Paris ! While not an original nor an antique, it is printed on watercolor paper and looks hand painted. Exquisite detail. The image size is approx 9 x 6" ( with an outside measurement of 9" x 12" ) and includes a FREE 9 x 12" archival acid free mat. Just pop it in your own easy to find standard 9 x 12 frame.
