Parker "61" Dove Grey Flighter Fountain Pen 1962 Stainless clip, Grey Jewels on Cap and Barrel ends, 14k solid gold Medium point nib No ink mess, capillary filler. No sac or moving parts to wear out Measures 5 3/8" closed; 6" open with cap The pen is filled by unscrewing and removing the barrel, then turning the pen upside down and submerging the end of the capillary cell in ink. Ink is drawn into the cell by capillary action. The outside of the cell is Teflon coated, thereby shedding most excess ink and leaving very little to blot off before replacing the barrel. The pen has light scratches on the Parker arrow above the nib THIS WAS A DEMO UNIT AT PARKER EXHIBIT This pen has has been in storage since 1962It has been contained in my controlled secured facility since early 60's. IT IS A NEW TO OLD STOCK PEN As all my Pens and Pencils It is a NEW To OLD STOCK UNLESS STATED DIFFERENTLY E 586B
