This statue of a parrot is made of sheet copper and brass. It is about 28" from top of its head to the tip of its tail, but also has a swing perch which adds a few inches. Each overlapping feather is hand formed - some are smooth and some are more detailed. Copper and brass form different areas of color and texture. The artist caught the attitude of a perched parrot. Unable to find a signature to identify the artist. Gorgeous !
