Most of this is new Arms are rear upper and lower new, front and rear sway bar kit new, Integy 17mm hub kit new, the rear skid plate is missing out of that package other 2 front are new,one of the steering blocks is scratched and will need a bearing but good it actually never got used came front Integy scuffed will not affect performance or be notice once installed. The screw kit has been opened but most are there. What you see you get. Retail is $170
