This was purchased by my friend who was planning to use to make a reborn doll. She bought many supplies from the Secrist dolls site and I'm almost certain this was as well. I've looked it over and it appears very clean. It will not come with ties. It is jointed in the shoulders and hips. I'm guessing that she purchased it to make a 19" or 22" doll. It measures 13" from neck to crotch, 15" from neck to hem of hip, and is 22" around the tummy. I will ship to you from my smoke free home.
