is a pristine patent medicine bottle with relief lettering as follows (by line): Dr . M.M. Fenner's Peoples Remedies Fredonia, N.Y. Kidney & Backache Cure 1872 - 1878 Click the link to see someone's comments on the doc - /bbraly/healthandsanitation.html This one is truly unique as the doctor's magic elixer is still in the bottle! The top of the cork is broken off - it doesn't leak. Over the past 100+ years some of the cure has slowly evaporated, leveling off close to the bottom of Dr. Fenner's name. A short story - about 40 years ago when I was wandering through California's motherlode country wondering what to do, I came across a guy who had a full case of the good doctor's cure - all of the bottles containing the doc's famous mix. In all my brilliance, I bought a bottle. Only one bottle!!! Good grief! Well, that was then and this is now. And now is your chance! When was the last time you saw a patent medicine bottle with the cure still in it? I'll guess never. Don't let this one get away - you may never see one again! Let your bids pour in starting @ $.99.
