From the estate of a US Army officer stationed in Germany in the 1950's here is a stunning, large Paul Robert Geissler lithograph etching, signed and inscribed. It is the Der Röderbogen in Rothenburg ob der Tauber etching from his period in Paris when he was doing large cityscapes. It is 34" wide x 48" tall, framed under glass. This was a cherished piece of the officer's wife. Their son states it was purchased in the 1950's and hung in the living room of every home they ever had. I will have it packaged and shipped by a professional art gallery. There is what appears to be a water stain on the right side of the border, the etching is untouched.
