Paul Jacoulet Woodblock Print Exhibition poster 1982.This poster accompanied the 1982 exhibition of Paul Jacoulet's woodblock prints at the Asia Pacific Museum in Pasadena CA. This was the first full retrospective of French artist Jacoulet's Japanese-style woodblock prints to be staged in the United States, and contributed importantly to Jacoulet's ensuing popularity. The poster features one of Jacoulet's most alluring images, "Femme Tatouée de Falalap -- Tattooed Woman of Falalap" (1935). The poster measures 18"x34" and is printed on stiff poster paper. In like-new condition, suitable for framing.
