This auction is for a rare Limited Edition B-29 Enola Gay Airplane model made by Danbury Mint and autographed by the WW2 pilot General Paul Tibbets. This one is rare because the plaque on the base has a real sheet of metal from the B-29!!! This is a 1:72 scale precision replica of the plane that ended World War ll. The model measures 10.5 inches high x 23.5 inches wide x 17 inches long and will be shipped in the original Danbury Mint box. Great Collector piece! Own a real piece of history! Comes with certificate of authenticity and picture of Mr.Tibbets when he signed the plane model. Shipping with insurance will be $20.
