Item is one pair of Sn3 scale brown two-axle plastic mini arch bar freight car trucks by PBL. These trucks feature metal wheels on metal axles.All parts are used except as noted. Plastic parts (except motors and electrical items) are washed in soapy water and rinsed. Other parts are cleaned as needed. Power trucks and motors come cleaned and lightly oiled. Metal wheels and electrical contact surfaces (except axles and bushings) are polished unless noted.All items are inspected to ensure that they ship in working order ready to use. Any damage or wear outside of that which comes from normal usage is noted above in the description.
