Pecos River Structures O Scale/Gauge Midwest Bottling Company or Brewery Building kit. This was our first line of building modular kits MRS (Modular Railroad Structures.) It is all modular so you can build it any way you want. You can even take all the walls and make a flat false front building from the kit. It is MODULAR. T are blank walls, door walls and window walls. Assembles in a few days. Most of the time is spent in clean up of the parts from the sprue. This is not a "shake and bake" kit but some cutting and fitting of modular parts. This is two of several kits offered. This is a Flat building with concrete walls. Building one is 5 modules wide by 3 high, and building two (left) is 7 wide by 5 high. Each module is about 6" wide so that will give you a clue as to the foot print. The right building has a loading dock. This is a false front series from the RR Track side of life.
