Pecos River Structures O Scale/Gauge Summer Street Station Building kit. This was our first line of building modular kits MRS (Modular Railroad Structures.) It is all modular so you can build it any way you want. You can even take all the walls and make a flat false front building from the kit. It is MODULAR. There are blank walls, door walls and window walls. Assembles in a few days. Most of the time is spent in clean up of the parts from the sprue. This is not a "shake and bake" kit but some cutting and fitting of modular parts. This is one of several kits offered. This is a 4 sided building with concrete walls. This kit is 5 modules by 2 modules, but also comes 7-1. Each module is about 6" wide so that will give you a clue as to the foot print.
