As pictured Pedigree Sindy House 1981, with working lift and spiral stair case. It stands just over 4' tall and is @ 2' 8" wide . We put it together with cable ties for speed to take the photo but all the screws/fixings and fixing tool are there, it just needs time and patience to assemble it. The lift is operated by a pulley and string, with a plastic clip to secure it onto the frame so Sindy can step out into the rooms. All the card floor and side panels are present, and in good condition as is the divider for the kitchen/bathroom-it also has the instructions and suggested floor plans to position your Sindy furniture in the rooms. The plastic frame has yellowed in places with age,there are age spots on the card noticeable on the rug areas and the box has some storage wear, otherwise this is in ok shape for it's age. Payment within 4 days of our invoice/end of auction please, and we'll leave feedback once left for us as this let's us know it's been received ok.
