Darker patch on spine probably where a library number has been. Small bump to edge of back board. Endpapers age toned. Some difficult to notice abrasions to the back of the front free endpaper, probably the removal of an old library label. Closed edge tear (4mm) to the half title page and to page 83/84 (15mm). Crease to page 81. A few slight marks to the title page and a round old library stamp to bottom of title page "Ex Bible Univ. Edinburgen". Very slight and stable gutter pull between pages 48 and 49. Contents age toned but clean. A scarce history of the towns of Peebles and Selkirk, in the Scottish Borders. Please scroll down to view images.
