I do not know which are original autograph signatures on these deeds, or which autograph signatures were inscribed by the person who penned the text. They are: 1. Deed dated May 29, 1824 in Stamford, Connecticut. Isaac Pennoyer sells 14 acres to Alfred Pennoyer: Isaac Pennoyer of Darien, Connecticut, in Fairfield County, administrator of the estate of Henry Pennoyer by order of the court of Stamford district dated 1822 for $9.00 received from Alfred Pennoyer of Darien gives to Alfred Pennoyer parts of a tract of land in Darien and Stamford containing 14 acres bounded on the north by Samuel Pennoyer and Sarah Leeds and on the west by Newman Holly.
