It measures 15 1/2 inches Tall and 6 1/4 inches wide, and made of tin .zero rust...paint is perfect.. Its in almost mint condition about a 8 out of 10 its does have minor scuffs in some places on the sides.. but nothing major the the temp still works. there is some white paint on the sides like it was on the wall and somebody painted around it but there is very little and it is on the sides...i will leave it up to the person buying it if they want to remove or keep the paint on the side .. again it is very little.....it is a double dott which means its from the 1930' or 40's i believe.... this sign is the best sign like this on ebay... no doudt in my mind.... any ?'s please message me thanks-chris
