This slice of the Seymchan siderite meteorite measures 171 by 80mm. The slice has one natural edge and stands up proudly for display if you put a small, strong magnet a mm or two from the bottom edge on the back side of the slice. The etch is perfect with strong Neumann lines in the coarse bands and a Widmanstatten that looks 3 dimensional with different band groups jumping out at you depending on the angle the slice is held with respect to the light.
