This offering is of a PERSIAN KHATAM WOOD FRAMED MINIATURE HUNTING PICTURE DRAWN ON SHELL...the work of the frame is also known as MARQUETRY and is completely hand done...the frame measures 10 7/8 inches SQUARE and is in GOOD CONDITION...the frame does have some loss of wood on one of the lower corners...the MINIATURE PICTURE which is all HAND DONE on the back of a SHELL that is rounded is that of a hunting scene which is a common theme for these types of pictures...the diameter of the shell is 4 3/4 inches...the back of the frame has a wooden easle stand...the measurment of the picture itself is 7 1/2 inches square...this is a SPECIAL type of art work done for ages exclusively in IRAN...winning bidder is responsible for payment within 5 days by credit card (please call our store to make your payment), money order or check...this item is available for local pickup with NO ADDITIONAL HANDLING CHARGES...thank you for bidding!#5220
