Rainbow Petrified Wood from Northern Arizona. The winner of this auction will recieve both pictured. This petrified wood was legally collected from private land. 225 million year old fossil of the ancient species Araucarioxylon Arizonicum. The Petrified Forest National Park has some of the most beautiful fossil wood. Many colors of the light spetrum are found in many beautiful samples from this world reknown park. However it is illegal to collect from the Petrified Forest national Park. This specimen was collected from similar terrain and is of the same ancient forest as the park. Total combined weight is about 12 pounds. Approximate measurements: 6x7x2 inch and 6x5x2 inch Please enjoy and thank you for your interest.
