AP6.0 PFALTZGRAFF AMERICA PATTERN HANIBLE THE ELEPHANT CHARGER Welcome to our Auction! You are looking at a piece from the retired, "Pfaltzgraff America Original Collection". This listing is for an ELEPHANT CHARGER that measures 12 1/4" diameter. Used as a serving plate or hung on the wall as decor - Hanible looks GREAT! The ELEPHANT CHARGER is in MINT condition. T are NO chips, cracks or crazing. The Pfaltzgraff America Pattern was adapted from the Birds of Paradise Quilt which is kept at the American Museum of Folk Art in New York City. The pattern was exclusive to Pfaltzgraff and made for a brief time in the 1980's and then retired. The licensing agreement between the Museum and Pfaltzgraff dictated that the collection of stoneware be produced in the USA. With the selling of Pfaltzgraff Company to Lifebrands and the outsourcing of all the stoneware, t can no longer be any America pieces. This makes the America Collection more cherished, more valued and truly a special and loved Collection! This ELEPHANT CHARGER is both FUNCTIONAL and DECORATIVE!
