Original plates and serving dishes from The Pfaltzgraff Co. inspired Yorktowne, a classic stoneware pattern since 1967. A deep blue, hand-applied motif adds dimension to the smooth glaze that is reminiscent of early salt-glaze techniques. This set was purchased by my father in the mid 70s, and has been lightly used. Items are in good condition except for items noted below. The collection includes 8 dinner plates 3 luncheon plates 2 oval platter 1 casserole dish (chipped) 1 salad serving bowl (round) 1 Oval serving bowl shown is not for sale (I gave it to my sister-in-law) 1 sugar bowl 1 creamer 1 butter dish (cover only) 8 cup saucers 8 bread and butter / desert plates 8 cereal bowls (2 are chipped) 1 custard bowl 2 footed mugs One of the plates (shown in picture) is a special edition "You are special today" plate.Thank you for viewing this item.
