You are bidding on this A-M-A-Z-I-N-G PFEILKREUZ JUNGHANS set of clock and vases, made in GERMANY. Just take a look at the photo's.... The patina on this set is só special; it has a kind of brown / red shade which changes colour depending on the angle when the light hits the surface. This is impossible to get on a photo. This set has perfect matching vases. The clock and vases are beautifally engraved with floral decorations. The movement as well as the clockface are marked with the PFEILKREUZ arrows! The BELL will let you know on half hours what time it is by striking once. I took the bell of to show you the movement (photo 10), but of course the bell is screwed back on again! On full hours it strikes the amount corresponding with the time at that moment. You will definately be surprised by the sound of it because of the metal nature of this clock, which changes the sound completely! The red fabric in the backdoor filters out the high frequency of the bell chime, which makes it sound warmer. I will not describe the shapes of the clock and vases because the pictures say it all..... The dial is made of metal and has Arabic numbers. The hands are made of black metal and there is (real) curved glass in the frontdoor.. Apart from the beauty, this clock works excellent with its reliable Pfeilkreuz movement. The movement runs 8 days on one winding session and runs perfectly on time. It is driven by a pendulum and gives a nice, quiet ticking. The movement is marked with the Pfeilkreuz mark and is one of the highest quality. Of course this clock will be supplied with its ORIGINAL key. Overall this object is in an good state but not new. Mentionable is that the clock face shows wear and that one vase misses it's weight in the base,which is invisible under normal circumstances (photo 6).
