The Pharaohs and Their People. Scenes of Old Egyptian Life and History E Berkley Book Description: Seeley, Jackson & Halliday, London, 1884. Hard Cover. Book Condition: Good+ to Vg-. No Jacket. First Edition. Blue/ green pictorial cloth with gilt titles and trees to spine and pharaoh and eagle to front cover. Light wear and bumping to the edges and corners, spine ends bumped. Prev owner's names to inner cover and fep, date to the latter of 1947. Pages clean and tight in the main with some scattered foxing to a few latter leaves. Illustrated throughout. One of a number of similar Items I am selling. Postage combined and reduced where possible when taking more than one book, but if taking more than one item please wait for a combined invoice.
