These chairs were taken from the Philadelphia Convention Hall before it was destroyed in 2005. This photos show a triple seat and a double. The given price is for one item (either the triple or double). These seats fold up and are in working order and are in relatively good condition considering their age. Convention Hall was the home court for the Philadelphia Warriors and 76ers basketball teams as well as events hosting Pope John Paul II, political conventions, Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King and the Beatles. It had a seating capacity for 10.000 fans, 2 levels of balcony seats as well as folding wood seats. These folding wood seats were the original seats used around the court and were obtained by Rare Sports in person in February of 2005 before the Convention Hall was demolished.Due to the weight and size of these items, we will NOT be offering to ship them. If you are interested in them, they will have to be picked up in Morris County NJ or somewhere near it. I will be willing to make compromises on how far I will come to meet you.visit our website
