This is a set of 6 Philippe Deshoulieres plates called MERCHANT ROW circa 1995-2006, these plates have been discontinued. These are great cocktail or display plates that measure 5 7/8" in diameter. For 6 generations, at PD, this porcelain has been manufactured in the Limoges region of France . It is a highly sophisticated ceramic material fired at 1400 degrees centigrade and this gives it unsurpassable resistance to scratches. This porcelain has been appreciated for over 150 years and now available to you. These plates are of French storefront scenes with an embossed rim. On the backs it says: PHILIPPE DESHOULIERES Porcelaine de Limoges France On the back of each plate t is the number 37 ON 3 PLATES, 35 ON 2 PLATES, 4 ON 1 PLATE AND 5 ON 1 plate. T are NO chips on the plates, they are in their original box/package. They come from a pet/smoke free home and are brand new.
